All our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you. As such, we are unable to accept returns if you change your mind or if the product does not meet your personal preferences. This is in compliance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exempts custom-made products from the standard right to cancel.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will require photographic evidence of the issue to assess the fault. Once confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the fault.
Please note that slight variations in colour or design may occur due to the nature of printing processes and screen display differences. These minor variations are not considered faults and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We do not offer exchanges on any of our products as they are all custom-made to order.

Once we receive your email, we will review your case and get back to you within 5 business days.
If a refund is approved due to a faulty product, we will process it within 14 days of confirmation. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly described products.
